The SPEC Association forChildren and Families!

Feb 27, 2012 - Revision: To provide a variety of supportive, preventive,
educational and counselling services for persons at risk or in need,
that promote healthy development and healthy relationships, with a
primary focus on children and families. In order to update our Association
Objects, the above Special Resolution will be proposed to membership for
approval at a Special General Meeting on February 27, 2012
